A lot of people stay away from eggs because of cholesterol, but this is not necessarily true, find out how below.

Eggs have gotten a lot of negative rap over the years, but most, if not all, are just fabrications.
The
main reason why people stay away from eggs is because it is said to
have cholesterol, therefore it is bad for the body, however, this is not
the case.
The fact is that our bodies make lots of cholesterol, 5-10 times the cholesterol in a large egg.
So,
what happens is that when you eat more cholesterol from foods like
eggs, your body produces less of it, and when you eat less cholesterol
from foods like eggs, your body produces more.
Due
to the fear of cholesterol from eggs, people remove egg yolks from
their diet not realizing that they contain 90 percent of the calcium,
iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, pantothenic acid and B12 of
the egg.
Egg yolk also contains all of the
fat-soluble components, such as vitamins A, D and E, not to mention the
heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
The yolks are
also a rich source of some other very interesting nutrients such as
choline, lutein and zeaxanthin, these help protect the eyes; brain and
cardiovascular function amongst many others.
Eggs
are really good for the body, so, except you have diabetes or a rare
genetic disorder, make sure you incorporate eggs into your diet, you
won't regret it!
