BEFORE YOU ENTER 2017

1. In 2017, never embark on a Project without Prayer. Regardless of how prepared, professional or persistent you are, you NEED God.

2. In 2017, make your life a "No Negativity or Nonsense" zone. Drama of any sort is officially illegal.

3. In 2017, remember excessive talking doesn't prove you have Good Communication skills. It could prove you lack discipline.

4. In 2017, be careful not to turn a moment into a monument . Celebrate your Victories, Successes and Achievements....then MOVE ON!

5. In 2017, don't forget that God sends people into our lives to push us towards destiny. Satan also sends people to deter us from it. PRAYER helps us discern who is who. Remain PRAYERFUL!!

6. In 2017, pay less attention to what they are saying, be more mindful about their actions, very easy way to know what they stand for.

7. In 2017, don't drag anyone along who doesn't want to go with you.

8. In 2017, a passive prayer life does not defeat an aggressive enemy.

9. In 2017, sometimes, you have to stop focusing on the fact that you're sitting on the bench and just take joy that your team is winning.

10. In 2017, Humility, Honor and Hard work always prevail over arrogance and laziness. Strive, Serve and Seek. Success will embrace you.

1. Ho, my comrades! See the signal
Waving in the sky!
Reinforcements now appearing,
Victory is nigh.

Chorus:
“Hold the fort, for I am coming,”
Jesus signals still;
Wave the answer back to heaven,
“By Thy grace we will.”

2. See the mighty host advancing,
Satan leading on:
Mighty men around us falling,
Courage almost gone!

3. See the glorious banner waving!
Hear the trumpet blow!
In our leader’s name we’ll triumph
Over every foe!

4. Fierce and long the battle rages,
But our help is near:
Onward comes our great Commander,
Cheer, my comrades, cheer!

8 things you should do before 7AM

Not everyone is a morning person, but we try to wake up early and get ready for the day, A large number of successful people say they wake up early why even some people wake up as early as 4am to have a productive day for both them self and their family. You don’t have to wake up that early anyway, but you have to be ready for the day by 7am. The wee hours of the morning can be a good opportunity to self-care, wellness, creativity, reflection even productivity. Here are seven things you can do before the clock strikes 7 a.m. to put your best foot forward.

1. Prayer : Before doing anything in the morning you must pray, you must call on your Creator, thank him for his past mercies and commit today unto him.

2.Drink a glass of water: Drinking water early in the morning has two core benefits: it boosts metabolism and hydrates the body. Drinking water early in the morning is important because it helps rehydrate the body, so as soon as you wake up you’ll feel energised. You should set a goal of doing this after you wake up, some experts eve suggest to drink a big glass of water so you can avoid feeling sluggish or tired and also to start the day with a cleansed system.

3. Eat a healthy breakfast: It can be hard to eat early in the morning, but research shows that nourishing your body first thing in the morning leads to lower body mass index, better memory, improved attention skills, and increased daily calcium and fibre intake. A full stomach in the morning makes it easier to pass up unhealthy snacks at work and I've noticed that people who eat breakfast are more productive at work in the morning.

4. Limit phone use: A majority of us, have the bad habit of checking our phones the minute we open our eyes. It is advised we give ourselves time to be fully present before we check our phones. If not we’ll fall prey to the reactive, response mode that all those notifications and alerts promote. Stay off social media, don’t check your email, ignore that text message alert. This allowsyour morning to be a way to set the tone for a brand new day.

5. Carve our 15-30 minutes for yourself: The best time to be creative is early in the morning (i learn that from my dad). Carving out 15-30 minutes of your time should be at the top of your to-do list. Setaside 15 or 30 minutes every morning to do something just for you, just because you like to do it. Write, draw, paint, listen to your favourite playlist, practice French…whatever it is. If early morning is the only bit of “me time” you get before the rush of a busy day, use it to get your imagination revved up. Another option is to spend a few minutes reflecting before beginning your day. This could mean journaling or meditation.

6. Pack your lunch: This can also be a challenge, but not only does it save money it can also help you eat healthily. Your lunch doesn’t have to be co plicated, but there are easy, healthy lunch recipes you can make in less than 30 minutes.

7: Make a to-do list: It’s easy to start the day with your head swimming with everything you need to do.Stop, take a break, and start writing. Be realistic about what you can accomplish and try to plan out your day.

8: Move your body: You should work out for at least 30 minutes every morning. It helps reduce stress, boost endorphins, stoke your metabolism and make you feel awesome. Whether it’s a quick run, a group fitness class, workout in the middle of your living room or just a quick walk outside, moving your body in the morning is a great way to jumpstart your morning.

Have a wonderful day!!!

REPENT.... before it is too late

After the rapture...
Appetite for marriage will die.
Appetite for job will die.
Appetite for admission will die.
Appetite to be the Nigerian president will die...

Men of God that missed it will be ashamed to come out from their houses because of the shame of their members seeing them.

Christians that missed it will equally be ashamed to go close to those unbelievers they preached to but never gave heed to the gospel message.

I mean after the rapture, those who loved motivational messages will dislike them with passion and shall seek for messages of salvation.

Brother, after the rapture, grace on its own accord will cease here on earth. Spiritual gifts
will not be available because there will be no Holy Spirit to manifest them.

Those who are not raptured will take home the belongings of those that are raptured, if
peradventure it happened in a church service.

Those who never believed in rapture shall do so but it must have become too late.

I said after the rapture, those that miss it shall cry without end and no one to offer a word of hope because it will be all over then.

People would love to repent but there will be no Jesus on earth to accept them.

It is only sin that has what it takes to drop any man in hell. There won't be a second chance.
Their only hope will be hell.

Therefore Let us lay aside every weight and sin that doth so easily beset us and let us run with perseverance, the race that is set before us.... Please, let's pay more attention to eternity.*We shall not miss heaven in Jesus name. Amen

Nigeria retains men’s doubles title

Having watched Egypt claimed three titles ahead of them in the ITTF Africa Senior Championships, Nigeria showed their quality in the men’s doubles as the pair of Aruna Quadri and Segun Toriola retained the men’s doubles title.

Pairing for the first time in a major championship, the partnership of Aruna Quadri and Segun Toriola conquered Egyptian teams to hold on to the title won in 2015 by Aruna Quadri and Kazeem Makanjuola.

The Nigerian duo defeated ageing Egyptians – El-Sayed Lashin and Ahmed Saleh 4-2 to give Nigeria its first gold medal in the one-week championship holding in Agadir, Morocco.

An elated Toriola said: “For us winning this title is very good because I had said earlier that it is a must for us to win this doubles title. But I must also tell you that it was not an easy match because the match was strange to us in all departments. Also our opponents are very experienced players and clever, so we are so excited claiming the first gold medal for Nigeria in this competition.”

For the women’s doubles, Egypt’s duo of Dina Meshref and Yousry Helmy won the title ahead of their compatriots.

Meshref described the win as special, “Winning the doubles title this year is very special because this is the first time I am partnering Yousra Helmy, who is my cousin and I think we played very together as doubles partner. The absence of players from Congo Brazzaville and Nigeria may have taken the shine off the event but what is most important is that we have won for Egypt,” she said.

Meanwhile the paring for the semifinal of the singles event will see Aruna Quadri going up against experienced Ahmed Saleh and it will be an Egyptian affair in the second semis as Omar Assar battles El-Sayed Lashin.

In the women’s pairing Nigeria’s Olufunke Oshonaike will face Egypt’s Farah Abdel-Aziz while defending champion, Egypt’s Dina Meshref will battle compatriot - RAHMO Aida for a place in the final.

Little things that matters alot

A little termite can bring down a building.

A little fire can burn down a house.

A little stain can tarnish one's image.
A little care can heal the sick.

A little light can dispel cloud of darkness.

A little advice can save one from death.

A little kindness can change a sinner.
A little smile can help the weary.

A little food and water can revive the hungry.

A little 'sorry' can avert a looming wrath.

A little 'thanks' can make one do more.

A little compliment can push one ahead.

A little drop of water can make a mighty ocean

And your little tongue can make or mar your life.

Do, watch and take care of little things. It's essential!

*THINGS YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT NIGERIA*

 Image result for nigeria

You may already know that Nigeria is the largest black nation in the world and the most populous nation in Africa.
You may already know that Nigeria has great dependency on crude oil.

But you have to know this....
*Are you aware that all over the world Nigerians are setting the pace and becoming the standard by which others measure themselves? Do you know??

*In the US, Nigerians are the most educated
immigrant community. Type it into Google and you'll see it. Not one of the most educated, the
most educated.

*The designer of the famous car, Chevrolet Volt, Jelani Aliyu, is a super talented Nigerian from Sokoto State.

*The World's fastest supercomputer was designed by a world renowned inventor and scientist, Philip Emeagwali, a full-blown Nigerian whose patency was awarded in 2015. This means Nigeria has the patency to the world's fastest computer: a Black Nigerian.

*South Africa couldn't have ended apartheid & achieved Black rule if not for the leadership role Nigeria played.

*Nigeria spent over $3 Billion and lost hundreds of soldiers to end the wars in both Liberia and Sierra Leone which the world ignored because they have no oil

*When there was a coup in São Tomé and Príncipe in 2003, Nigeria restored the elected President back to power
*Before there were street lights in European cities, ancient Benin kingdom had street lights fueled by palm oil.
Wherever you look in this great country, Nigeria, heroes abound both now and in our recent and ancient past.
*If all you do is listen to mainstream Western media, you'll not get the full picture of your Nigerian heritage.

Here is what CNN, BBC, Aljezeera and western media will not tell you about Nigerians:
*On the 7th May, 2016 at Howard University in Washington D.C history was made. Out of 96 graduating Doctor of Pharmacy candidates, 43 of them were Nigerians and out of 27 awards given, 16 went to Nigerians*

They will only tell you how Nigerians are scammers and cheats, how Nigerians are into drugs overseas et al.
*If you don't blow your trumpet, no one will blow it for you. VIVA NAIJA!!!*
There are over 180,000,000 Nigerians world over and only less than 250,000 of this figure have traceable criminal records. This is about 0.14% of our entire national population in the last 20 years: nothing close to 1%. Shame on global media

Listen Nigeria, don't let anybody woo you into believing that you are a criminal just because you are a Nigerian. Nigerians are NOT a criminals.

You are NOT a criminal. You are topnotch; second to none around the world.

Be proud of Nigeria wherever you go. Take out your Passport with pride. Be proud of our GREEN HERITAGE Be enthusiastic of our FUTURE GREATNESS.
